Originally I am from Salzburg, Austria where I lived until I was 18 years old. I came to live in California for most of my adult life following my passion of learning visual arts as well as healing arts. Throughout my life I have traveled extensively, and I have experienced immersions into different cultures and languages. I now have a family of my own and I am a partner and a parent. Navigating different temperaments within a family provides deep learning within family systems. I returned to higher education and earned my Masters Degree at CalPoly Humboldt. I recently completed an 18 Month Training offered by UCSF, Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to support families with young children in resolving trauma and healing attachment ruptures.
